Coherencia con la Realidad
Coherence with Reality
El diseño original de cada ley, institución y acción dimana de la coherencia con lo que es realmente verdadero. La realidad define lo que la ley debe ser — no al revés. Un arreglo incoherente con la realidad no puede sostenerse.
The original design of every law, institution, and action stems from coherence with what is actually true. Reality defines what law should be — not the reverse. An arrangement incoherent with reality cannot hold.
La Familia es el Suelo
The Family is the Ground
Toda la inviolabilidad de la Ley dimana de la seguridad y la plenitud de la Familia — no al revés. La fuerza de la ley es consecuencia de proteger a la familia. Cuando la ley se vuelve contra la familia, corta su propia raíz.
All the inviolability of the Law stems from the safety and the fulfillment of the Family — not the other way around. Law's force is downstream of protecting the family. When law is wielded against the family, it severs its own root.

We respect the sovereignty of every actor with the same respect they have for our own sovereignty. Respect receives respect. Violation receives accounting. Never initiated by us. Always reactive. Good faith until action proves otherwise.

The Architecture of Reality and the Birth of Power
El Libro Primero cerró con el nacimiento del Contrato Social a partir de la compasión. La cadena continúa desde ahí. Un ser consciente que ha reconocido la compasión y se ha ligado a otros a través del Contrato Social, debe ahora interactuar con esos otros.
Book One closed with the birth of the Social Contract from compassion. The chain continues from there. A conscious being that has recognized compassion, and bound itself to others through the Social Contract, must now interact with those others.

The Doctrine of Legitimate Action
El Libro Segundo cerró con el inventario de facto: las cosas que podemos hacer sin permiso, y las cosas que debemos negociar con el gobierno nominal. Habiendo establecido el poder y el gobierno de facto, la pregunta que sigue es: ¿qué hace que nuestra acción sea legítima? Tres acciones de legitimidad guían toda nuestra Constitución.
Book Two closed with the de facto inventory: the things we can do without permission, and the things we must negotiate with the nominal government. Having established power and de facto government, the question follows: what makes our action legitimate? Three actions of legitimacy guide our entire Constitution.
